How to resolve issues related to saving "Settings" screen? Print

If you are unable to save update the settings screen on the integration app, please re-install the integration app.

You will need your IT admin to do this

Steps to re-install are -

1) Go to control panel -> Programs -> uninstall Gorilla Expense

2) Download this file https://www.gorillaexpense.info/install/latestmsi/setup.zip

3) Install integration app downloaded from the above link

4) Ask your IT admin to give you full access to the path where integration app is installed. Usually, it is the following file path C:\Program Files (x86)\Gorilla Expense\Gorilla Expense Integration App
