I am in the process of adding a new user, but I have to add a business unit for him. Can you tell me how to do that, please?


To create a business unit, you have to log into the web application as an Admin, then go to Masters -> Business Unit link on the left and click on Create New. On the create screen, select company and add business unit code and description. If you do not have Code, then you can keep code and description as the same. This code field is not applicable for QuickBooks users.
