The user can face the error "Error: Authentication Failed" while logging into the integration App.

If the user was unable to log in to the Gorilla Integration App, it might be because your account has been disabled. When this happens, the user won’t be able to access the Integration App until the account is re-enabled. Please contact your System Administrator, who will verify the status of your account and take the necessary steps to re-enable it if required.
Also, ensure that you are using the same login credentials for the Integration App that you use to access the Gorilla Expense web application.
