In order to approve expense reports assigned to you on the web application, follow the steps shown below:


1) After login to the web application, you will be able to see the "Employee Expense Reports Awaiting Approval" section which shows the reports awaiting your approval. Also, a purple tile shows the count of "Reports Pending Your Approval" which will take you to the list of reports awaiting your approval.



2) Open the report to be approved, review all the lines on the report and click on the "Approve" or "Reject" button after adding the appropriate review comments.



3) On a click of the approve button, a confirmation remark "Successfully Approved" will be displayed (highlighted in green) then click on a Back button.



4) You will be able to see the approved report count reduced from your "Employee expense reports awaiting approval" section on the home screen as shown below.
