Sometimes, your NAV Web service is hung or not started, starting it could help you to resolve the request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized

issue. Follow below steps to restart NAV server.

1. Click Windows Administrative Tool =>Services

OR run Services.msc

2.Search for Microsoft Dynamics NAV server [NAV]

3. Right click on it and click on Restart
