Problem

While submitted expenses to GP, you get the following error


System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. An exception occurred that the exception subsystem was unable to log. Consult your System Administrator.

This is a web service installation issue.


Make sure the web service is installed, web service configuration wizard is run (see last comment on the link below) and then web service setup in done (grant access to the users to the web service and configure policies - see attached document, refer pages 2 ,3 and 4 after install). Finally,  if "Get Company Info from Company Profile" is unchecked on settings page of your integration app, make sure the GP Company ID on the settings page of the integration app is set to the company ID as per page 2 of the attached document.
