Problem


You may get the following error while trying to export expenses to GP via eConnect.

Solution


1,) It is possible that you do not have eConnect installed on your computer or the eConnect service is not running. Go to Control Panel->Administrative Tools-> Services and find eConnect service and restart it. If you do not find it then install it


2.) Also make sure you have installed the Gorilla Integration App and trying to run the Integration App from the same machine i.e. (Terminal server) where the Econnect services are installed./running.
