Can't save Information on Settings Page of Integration App? Print

1) You will need to uninstall your app from control panel->program files.

2) Then go to c:\users\your-username\appdata\Local\Apps\2.0 folder and delete all folders there. The appdata folder is hidden.

3) Then you can reinstall the app by going to https://www.gorillaexpense.info/install/publish.htm

4) Once the app is installed, please login to the app by entering login URL as https://www.gorillaexpense.info/gorillapro/service or https://www.gorillaexpense.biz/Asia/service for Asian customers

5) You will have to enter all your integration app settings again. Refer to your Application Access Instructions Document for the screenshot of your settings page
