While exporting expense to Quickbooks using the integration app, users may experience the error mentioned below as well as in the attached screenshot -

"Unable to find the QuickBooks Request Processor on your system"

This error typically happens when you upgrade QuickBooks. Try the following steps to resolve the issue.

Solution

1) Please restart Integration app as well as QuickBooks. Please make sure you close all QuickBooks company files and the exit out of QuickBooks completely.

2) Refer to #2 in this link https://www.nsoftware.com/kb/xml/05041201.rst and follow the steps (remove Reefin, LLC or Gorilla Expense from Integrated Applications Section, if it exists there) and then try integrating again.

3)  Also, if possible, please restart the QB server.  The first three steps typically help most of our customers who have recently upgraded QB. If these don't help, then you will have to proceed to #4

4) If the solutions given above do not work, you may have to uninstall QB and reinstall QB (as mentioned in #6 in this link - https://www.nsoftware.com/kb/xml/05041201.rst ) In some extreme cases, you may have to even wipe the machine and then re-install QB
