While exporting expense to Quickbooks using the integration app, users may experience the error mentioned below as well as in the attached screenshot -

There is an invalid reference to QuickBooks Account "OTHER EXPENSE:GIFTS"

This most certainly means that you do not have an Account called "OTHER EXPENSE:GIFTS" in QuickBooks. You need to ensure the spelling matches exactly in QuickBooks - lot of times, there is a type in Gorilla Expense while creating the expense type. While creating expense types, please copy from QuickBooks and paste it in Gorilla Expense.
