The windows user using integration app is required to be a GP Web Service super user to be able to push data to Great Plains.
To do so, please refer the attached screenshots. To add you as a superuser, login to the server that has GP web services installed and then go to administrative tools on the server-> Dynamics Security Console-> Select Application link on the right -> Ok and then go to "Microsoft Dynamics GP Web Services-> Role Assignments"
